Faye Anstey

Health and fitness has been a part of my life ever since I can remember. It started with sports when I was younger, and then after a battle with an autoimmune disease at 16, I turned to fitness as a way to take control of my health and have not looked back. I incorporate my love for fitness, dad jokes, and my great dane, Duvessa (RIP), in my business wherever possible.

My love for the industry has lead me to acquire certifications as a Personal Trainer, as well as an aquafit, groupfit, spin, and yoga instructor.

My passion lies in helping others achieve a healthier lifestyle; one in which they feel confident, are able to keep up with their kids, and continue this new, healthier lifestyle long term.

With over 20 years in the industry, I am confident I have the education and experience to help you build habits that will last a lifetime.

Did you know…

As my grade 11 year ended, I fell very ill. It took a few months to figure out an autoimmune diagnosis and once we were able to put a name to it, we started treatment. I had lost so much weight when I fell Ill (I weighed 90lbs! ) then, in a month and a half, nearly doubled my weight.
The photo on the left was a retake of my grad photo. In the first set, my cheeks were so big you could not see my eyes. The photographer was kind enough to wait until the swelling went down and I lost some weight before taking a second shot.
That is when my fitness journey started. I have not looked back and am so thankful for all the clients, FRIENDS, I have met along the way.
We all have our stories, hopefully mine helps inspire another!
